Everyone loves superheroes in comic books and movies. They have amazing powers and always strive for truth and justice. Wouldn’t it be great if real people could have real superpowers? Well, guess what? There have been many people throughout history who demonstrated superpowers—supernatural powers, that is. But this wonder-working power didn’t come from these people. It came from God. Specifically, the God of the Holy Bible. And, in the Bible, Jesus is revealed as God.

So, “Jesus League” is a fun name for Christianity, which involves Jesus, the greatest superhero of all time, as the head of the body of Christ.  He became a man, lived a sinless life, willingly died to pay the price for everyone’s sin, and raised Himself from the dead. Everyone who accepts Him as their Savior will receive His power to become a son or daughter of God and live with Him in Heaven FOREVER (John 1:12). And guess how Jesus went to Heaven when he left Earth…He flew (Acts 1:9).
